We'll do a complimentary 30-minute intro call to discuss your project's details and ensure we're aligned on expectations!
2 / Start the Design Process
After the consultation and initial payments, we'll send you a questionnaire to start gathering the information that we'll need for your project. We'll also be working n the timelines in this process as well for when everything should be done.
3 / Time to Launch & Tutorials
After customizing your site or graphics, we'll do a final run-through with you and also provide video tutorials that will help you maintain your site in the event you don't utilize one of our maintenance packages!
4 / Get the Support That You Need

What platforms are your website templates built for?We design and build website templates & custom websites on the Wix platform. We'll be releasing some Shopify ones coming soon!

What do I get after purchase?Within 48 hours of purchase our team will transfer the website template directly to your email. You'll have to accept the transfer for it to get into your own Wix account. You will also receive an email with access to step-by-step video instructions that will show you how to customize your Wix Template.

What if I'm not a 'techie' person?We've designed the website and Canva templates to be user friendly for the average person--our video tutorials use normal language (no techie lingo here) and we've found that most people can finish customizing their website within hours.

Can I add a shop to my website?Yep! The great thing about Wix is you can add e-commerce to any site. You can also incorporate elements from other pages of the design you choose to your e-commerce page to make your brand, website, and shop cohesive. As you customize the site from our videos you'll be more and more confident in Wix and get the hang of it!

Can I use my own logo in the template?Absolutely! We want your website to represent your brand! All the designs are built so that you can insert your existing logo, or use the template's logo as a base design and customize from there.

Do I need to purchase anything additional?For Canva no unless you want to upgrade to a CanvaPro account. For Wix and Shopify you'll need an account with them to show off your new site! Wait to purchase the hosting plan AFTER we deliver your new template because you’ll get a discount code off of it.

Can I customize the design to match my brand?The designs can be used as-is or you can customize further to make something even more unique to you. The video tutorials show you how to edit colors, fonts, images, graphics, and much more.

What if I already have a Wix site?If you already have a Squarespace website, contact us & we’ll give you the best recommendation for your unique situation!

Do I need photoshop to edit the template?You do not need photoshop to edit our designs. However, we do use Canva to edit a few elements on select templates.

Do I need to know any code or CSS?Nope! We worked really hard to make these as user-friendly as possible. Each design comes with step-by-step video tutorials for how to change and customize your site.
