Within 48 hours of purchase our team will transfer the website template directly to your email. You'll have to accept the transfer for it to get into your own Wix account. You will also receive an email with access to step-by-step video instructions that will show you how to customize your Wix Template.
We've designed the website and Canva templates to be user friendly for the average person--our video tutorials use normal language (no techie lingo here) and we've found that most people can finish customizing their website within hours.
Absolutely! With Wix, you can easily add an online shop to any site. Plus, you can blend elements from other pages to keep your brand, website, and shop looking seamless. Our video tutorials will boost your confidence in no time!
Absolutely! We want your website to represent your brand! All the designs are built so that you can insert your existing logo, or use the template's logo as a base design and customize from there.
For Canva no unless you want to upgrade to a CanvaPro account. For Wix and Shopify you'll need an account with them to show off your new site! Wait to purchase the hosting plan AFTER we deliver your new template because you’ll get a discount code off of it.
Absolutely! You can use the designs as-is or tweak them to make something uniquely yours. Our video tutorials will guide you on how to edit colors, fonts, images, graphics, and more.

You do not need photoshop to edit our designs. However, we do use Canva to edit a few elements on select templates.
Nope! We worked really hard to make these as user-friendly as possible. Each design comes with step-by-step video tutorials for how to change and customize your site.

By booking a call with us via our website! After we iron out all the details, the project will require a 50% deposit to get started in order for our team to begin working on your project. Once your deposit invoice has been paid, you will receive the next steps in order to receive your design forms, etc.
Yes, we do! There are 2 ways that we break the payment down based on the type of project we’re working on.
50/50 All invoices require a 50% non-refundable installment deposit in order to begin the design process and the remaining 50% installment is due before issuing any final files and web access. All non-refundable.
34/33/33 Some packages require a 34% non-refundable installment deposit in order to begin the design process, 33% once proofs have been issued and the final 33% payment is due when all revisions have been completed and work is approved by the client. All non-refundable.
Our standard turnaround time for digital designs is up to 21 business days. Web design can take up to 6 weeks to complete depending on how soon you can provide all content needed and how busy our current workload is. All branding packages can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on how fast you provide all content for the services apart of the package. Rush fees are permitted for faster turnaround service. If the turnaround time has to be extended, we will inform you via email.

All logo projects are presented with up to 3 proofs to choose from. Only 3 free revisions are included in all digital designs. Anything after 3 revisions results in an additional changing fee. Web design projects also receive 3 free revision and anything after results in an additional changing fee
Yes! You own all copies of your logo except the PSD or layered AI file, those files are solely property of Vyola Ink, LLC. If for any reason you need those files for a printer/manufacturer, we will send the files to them personally please just provide the contact information (ie. email address). You can get your logo trademarked if you please.
All finalized logo files will be sent in JPG, PNG, PDF and AI. Any other marketing material will be sent as JPEG or PNG files.
Yes! We’d love to give your website the perfect facelift and we will completely build you a new website. Please keep in mind we usually work with Wix and Shopify hosting platforms. Redesign pricing is the same price as our regular web design fees, please email for more information.
We usually get back to you with a quote within 24 hours! If we're super busy, it might take a bit longer, but we'll keep you in the loop.
Apart from our online pricing system, all other prices are customized. Hence, price list is not available.
The quote is valid up to 30 days for standard, 14 days for promotional quote prices.
We have VIP service, which we organize your artwork proof and invoices as a priority. To ensure the deadlines, you need to inform us the exact date and the delivery address to check if the fast track option is available for your product.
– For online order, our team will email electronic proof for you to confirm prior to the production.
– Orders proceeded through your account managers, artwork proof and invoices will be available within 6-8 working hours after your confirmation of the quote.
After the payment and artwork approval of your order, you can start calculating the days which you have been quoted by your account manager.
